What Can you Do to Earn Volunteer Hours

Here is a list of jobs to earn volunteer cheques back. As of July 28th we are looking for an Ice Convenor. This is an Executive position and will earn a volunteer cheque.

Coach...being a coach will earn all volunteer cheques. EX... if you have 2,3,4,5 so on children playing you've earned your cheques for all.

Assistant Coach...being an assistant will earn you one volunteer cheque. 

  Trainer...being a trainer will earn one volunteer cheque.

Assistant Trainer..will earn you one volunteer cheque.

Manager .....if you are a manager you will earn one volunteer cheque.

You must be rostered to a team in one of these capacities to earn your cheque.

Executive...if you sit on the Executive of NMDMHA you earn one volunteer cheque.

4 Hours of Work...if you work 4 hours at anything that is Minor Hockey related and approved by the Executive you will earn one volunteer cheque. You must have proof that you have completed work by signing a sign up sheet and be checked by a member of the Executive that you were present for such work.


Examples are... -Any tournaments serving food to players.
                     -Sew Sponsor Bars onto Jerseys
                     - Serve food at a BBQ
