Annual General Meeting date is set for Tuesday
September 15th at 7:00 pm, rain date Wednesday September 16th at 7pm.
AGM will take place behind Baseball Diamond 1 where the derby takes place during Parkhill Fair.
Nominations will take place for executive positions for the 2020/2021 season. We are in need of volunteers for the upcoming season, below is the nomination form for executive positions. There will also be in person nominations. Reminder each family has a postdated $50.00 AGM cheque at the time of registration, attending this meeting is the only opportunity to receive this $50.00 cheque back.
