Fundraising (North Middlesex & District Minor Hockey Association)


Each year NMDMHA must raise $25,000 in order to meet our expenses.  We strive to offer a variety of fundraising initiatives to meet this target so that as many families in our community can enjoy the sport of hockey.  

This year, you can help by:

  • Enjoy a beverage at the Lion’s Club bar in the Goal Post on Friday nights (watch the website to know when the bar will be open)

  • Join us for Irish Night in Parkhill Date to be announced – enjoy some wings and watch some great hockey as we play our Lucan neighbours 

  • Spread the word about our community sponsorship campaign and let a business owner know about how they can become a hockey supporter

  • Register your team or come out to cheer our teams on during the Silver Stick and March Break tournaments

Family Sponsorship Information

At the time of registration, you selected one of three options for each player you have registered with us.  These options are:
Sponsoring NMDMHA.  Your $100 cheque will be cashed on December 31st and you will be given a sponsorship receipt
Selling 20 cases of food products.  A family can sell 20 cases of one or a combination from Elmira Chicken, Little Caesars Pizza and Top Fundraisers.  Your $100 cheque (dated March 31st) will be returned to you when you have sold 20 cases.  There will be 2 food sales campaigns.  
C. Selling 8 cash calendars, this is in addition to the 4 every player is required to sell.  Your $200 cheque (dated November 1st) will be cashed and you keep the proceeds of your calendar sales to recoup the money paid.
