You must include the name(s) of the player(s) you are registering in the subject/note section.

⭐️ Jersey Deposit - U9, U11, U13, U15, U18 - $50/player

(Cheque is returned when Jersey is returned in good condition at the end of the season)

Opt-out of volunteering is an option. To do so, you must submit a cheque for $300/per player. Postdated: September 30, 2022
If you choose to work your volunteer hours, a total of 5 credits/per player are needed to get your cheque back.
⭐️ Please note that your player's registration will not be complete, and they will not be able to go on the ice until the following has been submitted:
• All payments have been received by September 7, 2022
• We have a copy of your child's birth certificate on file by September 7, 2022
• At least one parent has completed the Parent Respect in Sport Course ( by September 7, 2022
⭐️ Bonus Info:
• Everyone who drops all their cheques off on August 16 from 6-9 pm can enter a draw for a $50 gift card!
🌺 We will be selling tickets for our "Fall Mums" fundraiser in the lobby as well - $35 for 3 large Fall Mums from Westland Greenhouses
