YMCA Off-Ice Training
YMCA off-ice training is for all U9 and up teams. Their focus will be developing healthy bodies and tuning athletic performance safely and progressively. It will provide your team training focusing on improving balance, speed, strength, stability, flexibility, and stamina through various exercises that use bench work, cardio, and interval training.

Thanks to last year's success, we are offering all ages off-ice training with the Y again this season!

Each session is 30 minutes and can be scheduled before or after your team's practice. Training programs are designed by personal trainers and delivered by sports-minded instructors.

Coaches/Managers, more details will come about signing your team up shortly.
