Off-ice training with the YMCA
Off-ice training with the North Middlesex YMCA is available for FREE for our teams U9 to U18.

It will provide your team training focusing on improving balance, speed, strength, stability, flexibility, and stamina through various exercises that use bench work, cardio, and interval training.

Each session is 30 minutes and can be scheduled before or after your team's practice. Training programs are designed by personal trainers and delivered by sports-minded instructors.

Coaches or Managers of any teams interested in the off-ice training can contact Kathy at 519-459-9622 to arrange your schedule.
