Deadlines For Upcoming Season:
By September 30, 2023 the following items must be handed into the correct person and/or completed. If anything is missing your child(ren) will not be able to continue with their season until everything is completed.
• All payments and cheques must be submitted with the correct dates and amounts.

If you have not submitted your payment yet, please contact [email protected] by this Friday, August 25th to arrange a way to get your payment in.
• All Bench Staff (head coaches, asst. coaches, trainers & managers) must have all the courses and Vulnerable Sector Check Form.
• 1 guardian has completed the parents' respect in sports course. There is a fee for this course. https://omhahockeyparent.respectgroupinc.com/koala_final/
• All new players, a valid copy of your child(ren)’s Birth Certificate has been emailed to [email protected]
• Player, guardian and player medical forms have all been read over and signed and handed into your players coach or manager.
• Every family needs to please fill out and email the Volunteer Bond Policy & Agreement to [email protected]
