To help keep our players safe, it is required that all members of the bench staff for each team and all executive board members need to have a new Vulnerable Sector Check Form (Police Record Check) for season hockey season.

Your Vulnerable Sector Check Form (Police Record Check) must be submitted by September 30, 2024.

If your Vulnerable Sector Check Form (Police Record Check) is not in by September 30, 2024, you will not be able to be a part of the coaching staff or executive board.

Once you have your letter filled our, please go to this link and follow the instructions:

Once you receive your approved Vulnerable Sector Check Form (Police Record Check), please upload it as soon as possible.

Please note that your team cannot be rostered until the upload is complete.
