OWHA TRYOUTS & REGISTRATION

(NORTH MIDDLESEX GIRLS HOCKEY TEAMS ONLY)

U9, U11, U13, U15 & U18 Teams

OWHA (Girls) Players Registration will remain open until April 23rd, 2025 for all new OWHA players.

Registration Deadline for NMDMHA returning players was April 23rd, 2025.
After April 23rd, 2025 there is a $200 Late Fee for RETURNING players

All new players to NMDMHA U9 and above only pay $400 in registration fees.

 Tryout Dates & Times:

A $50 tryout fee must be sent via EMT to [email protected] by April 25th, 2025, in order to be allowed on the ice for any tryout sessions. Please include your player's name, age group, and the word "tryout" (e.g., "Jane Smith U11 Tryouts").

Female players who are playing on any of the North Middlesex Minor Hockey Girls teams MUST register under the RAMP website.

This does NOT include any girls who are playing on any of the IP or MITE teams. They must register with OMHA.

How to register to become a Jr. Star within our WOGHL (Girls) hockey program

To register under the RAMP Portal, you MUST create a “NEW ACCOUNT” to begin, if you don’t have an account from last year.

Once you have created your account, you can add the family member (players and guardians’ information)
who will be registering under the RAMP portal.

ANY REGISTRATION AFTER THE DEADLINE OF APRIL 23, 2025, WILL HAVE A LATE FEE OF $200.

3. Select FAMILY MEMBER (complete all info that is needed. The HCRID is not needed)

4. Choose a DIVISION

WAIVERS

REGISTRATION, CODE OF CONDUCT and ROWAN’S LAW must be signed by the participant.

PHOTO CONSENT and COVID 19 Informed Consent and Assumption of Risk Agreement must be signed by parent/guardian.

Parent/Guardian signature is required at the bottom once all waivers have been signed.

If you are entering this information for the first time, you will need to “ADD NEW FAMILY MEMBER” to the account.

Once you have completed all the fields, please confirm and submit the registration.

NEW PLAYERS

All new players to NMDMHA U9 and above only pay $400 in registration fees.

Please pick your age division.

You will notice registration is the full amount, please pick the package and
the registration cost will be credited accordingly after the registration is completed.
